gganimate - v0.1.1: Last version before breaking changes

This is the last update of this variation of gganimate, which is going through a massive breaking API change as it transitions ownership to Thomas Pedersen.

This release is hereafter deprecated (not even supported for bugfixes), but will remain for people who want to install this old variation.
