Tethys - Tethys v2.0.0-alpha

Alpha release of Tethys version 2, which is incompatible with earlier versions. See the documentation for details.

Small changes may be made to the API in the near future, and a production release will be made once stable.

Tethys - Tethys v1.2.0

This release includes the following bug fixes and performance improvements:

• Set GMIA_cropland.csv file in the correct units of square kilometers
• Replace depreciated Pandas methods
• Removed old version GCAM databases from example inputs
• Added GCAM database for reference case from version 5.1
• Removed old test case outputs
• Ran new GCAM 5.1 case outputs
• Updated config file with new database name, replacing temporal climate MAT files with NPZ
• Updated setup.py to new version
• Replaced dependency of MAT files for temporal downscaling
• Notify users of future Python 2 depreciation

Tethys - Tethys v1.1.0

Rebuilt import and processing structure of Tethys to now use a GCAM database for reg/aez or reg/basin style MI and basex configs as facilitated by gcam_reader. Removed all obsolete code. Added python3 compatibility. Removed slash dependencies in path configuration. Removed hashing in output file headers. Much more.
