jupyterlab-sos - With working preview features

Thanks to the JupyterLab team, I have created a jupyterlab extension transient-display-data that can display transient_display_data message in the console window. This allows the jupyterlab-sos extension to send preview and progress information to JupyterLab frontend.

Note that this extension requires the 1.0.0-alpha3 version of Jupyter lab.

jupyterlab-sos - The first (roughly) usable release

With the completion of task related features, this sos extension for JupyterLab is now mostly usable. The biggest missing parts are features related to the side panel (e.g. task_info and preview), which will have to wait for the upstream changes.
