ThermoParser - Launch day

First stable release of ThermoPlotter :tada:

Main features include: * Parsing of thermoelectric properties from a range of codes to a common format (more codes planned for future releases). * Calculation of derived properties. * Plotting tools to plot a wide range of thermoelectric properties in different ways (see the gallery). * Supplementary tools which may help plotting of anything, thermoelectrics or otherwise, including pre-sized axes, colourmap generators and more!
