Installation
Install directly from github
python -m pip install git+https://github.com/JulianKarlBauer/orientation_averaging_mean_field.git
Install from 
bash
pip install planarfibers
Install from local clone
- Clone this repository to your machine
- Open a terminal and navigate to your local clone
- Install the package from the local clone into the current environment in develop mode:
shell python setup.py develop
Note: Develop vs. install
