blackmarbler - blackmarbler 0.2.0

• Migration from raster to terra
• Ability to save h5 files to avoid re-downloading h5 files (ie, code can start from loading h5 files from a directory instead of re-downloading)
• When `outputlocationtype = ‘file’, more unique default names
• When output_location_type = ‘file’, by default functions also return data (SpatRasterforbmrasteranddataframeforbmextract`)
