Few small changes to DESCRIPTION as a result of CRAN review.

quickmapr - CRAN Submission release

This release is the first release to be sent to CRAN.

It passes all CRAN checks, has basic functionality working for all sp classes and RasterLayers and RasterStacks. Bricks not yet supported. The README provides some basic instructions on using the package.

• Basic Functionality for mapping, zooming, panning, identifying, and labelling all works
• Passes CRAN checks.
