rollmatch - v1.0.1

Most changes in v1.0.1 either fixed bugs from the initial release or made cosmetic changes. In particular, the changes include:

• fixing the pooled standard deviation calculation
• fixing trimPool function inconsistencies
• renaming the "caliper" parameter to "alpha" in the main rollmatch() function
