v1.0.0 : The "Parallel Release"

This release contains a fully functioning implementation of the quadtree-adaptive HPS method as detailed in (Chipman, Calhoun, Burstedde, 2023). The parallel functionality will be highlighted in a future paper.

EllipticForest - v0.1 : The "First" Release

This release tags the end of pre-development to get a working HPS solver and marks the beginning of adding features and integrations with other codes.

A curious user should now follow the develop branch for new features prior to a new release.
