This version allows nimbleHMC to work with AD-enabled NIMBLE (nimble versions 1.0.0 and later). It also improves the efficiency of ensemble Kalman Filter and errors out when detect deterministic latent nodes.
This release is the first independent release of NIMBLE's SMC algorithms. Formerly, these were in the core nimble package. As of version 0.10.0 of nimble and of nimbleSMC, they are in the nimbleSMC package.
