tauturri - Here we go

tauturri 0.1.0

• Added a NEWS.md file to track changes to the package.
• Added CI (covr, travis).
• Added basic API interaction.
• Added more than basic API interaction.

Should be reasonably functional and totally not horrifically broken I guess.
