demokin - DemoKin v1.0.0

This is the first version for a more widespread public usage. The main changes were: * Change stable/non-stable references to time varying/non-varying rates. * Add multi-state process. * Much of the changes related to issue #6 * Added a NEWS.md file to track changes to the package.
