FLOODPY - LPS2022 legacy

LPS2022 version (#23) new functionalities consists of: 1. Downloading Sentinel 2 data (sub-package Download) 2. Sentinel 2 preprocessing procedures (Reading time-series, clipping, cloud-masking, vegetation index extraction) 3. Crop-delineationunet sub-package and methods (Pretrained network). 4. Cropdelineation sub-package and methods (Based on Roy, 2014): - Crop field delineation - Selection of flooded crop fields - Crop field classification (Cultivated, non cultivated)
