ftt_standalone - Is a solar future inevitable

The version of the model as used in the Nature Communications paper "Is a solar future inevitable". Uses more up-to-date data and assumptions compared to v0.8.

An initial release of the set of models. Some work in still needed to update the models and do quality assurance.
