energyRt - updated beta

energyRt - fixing the version before major renaming

15th version has several major improvements over the 7th: - getData and getData_ improvements with options of getting data in list or merged dataframe, as well as retreaving data from parameters and variables; - trade between regions and ROW polished and tested; - parallel computing on data-exchange steps with solvers; - added GIS info into the model and choropleth maps and trade; - ggplot2 stacked bars for scenrios; - groups for commodities and technologies for figures; - some less important others and bugs fixes.
