fractoolbox - First beta release

Code developed up to this point is encapsulated in release v0.1.0. Major changes are planned for after this release that includes significant refactoring and the addition of new methods. Some of these changes are expected to be breaking. The goal is to ready fractoolbox for submission as a package.
