alpgm - ALPGM v1.2

New version after review of ESSD paper "A deep learning reconstruction of mass balance series for all glaciers in the French Alps: 1967-2015".

Changes include: - Full SAFRAN and ADAMONT climate forcings processing and handling with xarray. - The most recent plot scripts are now using ProPlot - New SMB ANN ensembles for LOGO, LOYO and LSYGO. - LSYGO SMB ANN ensembles now using weighted bagging for past reconstructions, in order to balance the ensemble for periods with less data.
