Hello! This fixes an incompatibility with some examples on two functions. Also, the function averagetreecurve was renamed to avgtreecurve. Some packages were also moved from imports to suggested.

replace order function call with dplyr's arrange, due to order's behaviour in certain situations;
add shiny and miniUI dependency;
add lmresid and lmresid_group experimental functions. These output shiny gadgets;
changes in sprs,ssdffs,classifysite,domheight,fitclutter,plotsummarise,smalianwb,smalianwob,treesummarise due to dplyr updates (due to .add argument);

forestmangr - New Year's release
This is a small patch release fixing bugs discovered in the previous release, adds vignettes in portuguese and english, and a new function.
It also fixes the check notes on CRAN.
