Hangu Open Data

This is a repository hosting the consultation service time related data of the stellar physician of the Hangu clinic.
The license is CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Please cite Feng et al. (2023), which is a paper providing a detailed description of the data.

The Data Preprocessing for Machine Learning and Appointment Scheduling Decisions

We use this data to showcase a data-driven decision support system for outpatient appointment scheduling with heterogeneous service time, and the details can be found in Feng et al. (2024). The preprocessing script for the machine learning is also included in this repository.
