cmb-best - Data file for CMB-BEST

Data file required for the CMB-BEST package. Please download this file and keep it in the 'data' folder of this repository. The file is in HDF5 format and contains some precomputed data based on the Planck 2018 CMB temperature and polarisation anisotropies.
