Pore2Chip - Version 0.1.1dev

This is a temporary workaround until Porespy merges their fix for importing deprecated scikit-image functions.

For the install to work, uninstall the current version of Porespy in your environment. Pip should install the fixed branch of Porespy with the new requirements.txt:

pip uninstall porespy

pip install pore2chip-0.1.1.dev0.tar.gz

This release will be managed on this repo. PyPi will host the default 0.1.1 version.
