SynxFlow - v1.0.1

This release introduces the following changes and improvements

• Debris flow solver can take inflow boundary conditions with varying sediment concentration (C)
• The initial condition for debris flow solver is set up with concentration (C) instead of solid volume (hC)
• For binary files on Pypi, the calculation now uses FP32 instead of FP64.
