What's changes

From version 0.4.0 on, PyGLImER does mainly rely on hdf5-based file formats. However,mseed and sac files can still be used. This release comes with major improvements and updates of the download and preprocessing functions, both in terms of functionality and speed. Additionally, plotting function have been updated and some bugs were addressed. This release is also the first to be available directly on PyPi.
