- Changed order of variables in polynomial ring, such that parameters appear in front of system components in equations
- Automatic computation of matrix P for product decomposition of f0 should now work in all cases
- Added convenience functions allowing to compute multiple reductions onto the same manifold at once
- Improved and added print functions: Can now print to arbitrary IO
- Added extension that allows constructing a ReductionProblem directly from a reaction network defined with Catalyst.jl
