pros2vi - ProS2Vi 1.0.2

This release contains some improvements and fixes some bugs.

List of changes:

• output images are now stored in a new sub-directory called output (i.e. ProS2Vi\output) instead of the root directory
• add note the UI that the user add the PDB name in the title box when running the script if they want the output to contain e.g. UniProt IDs
• add missing HEADER record to PDB file if DSSP fails on first attempt
• update residue numbering in the visualization to match that of the PDB instead of always starting at 1
• download structures from Protein Data Bank via HTTPS instead of FTP since the latter one has recently been deprecated
