This release contains the changes made during the JOSS review.

Apart from the paper and the documentation update, additional features are the possibility to sort the data by x axis and a clean-up, leaving here only the desktop version of sonoUno.

SonoUno development - sonoUno-REINFORCE

This versión was updated under the requirements of the project REINFORCE, grant by the European Union. This release contain a bash script to run sonoUno and store sonification and plot files without a GUI; sonification script for the of the REINFORCE demonstrators (GWitchHunters, New Particle Search at CERN and Cosmic Muons Images); a loop function to reproduce again the data after the first reproduction; and other minor updates.
