tbss - config file omission, multi-platform testing

1. config file is omitted, arguments are passed directly from function to function
2. sort images after loading, fixed WIN and MAC test failurs
3. tbss_skeleton is equipped with -s flag, fixes #12
4. provided templates are copied to stats directory, originally it was @oferpasternak's suggestion, also requested by #11.
