In CLARIN it's assumed CMDI records are separate repository resources but in ARCHE it's possible to generate them on-the-fly from the repository resource RDF metadata. Unfortunately CLARIN requests a CMDI record content negotiation also for text/html format which conflicts with the ordinary repository resource content negotation. Because of this a special handling is required for CMDI records:

• We need to be able to distinguish requests for CMDI records (which is now done according to the new cfg.resolver.cmdi.idNamespace config property).
• If a CMDI record is requested, we need to apply specific content negotiation rules (according to the new cfg.resolver.cmdi.formatMappings config properties).
