Address issue #150, so that FidoCadJ can run on Java 9 and MacOS Mojave.
Fix issue #142: Incorrect export of dashed lines.
Implement issue #147: Implement size-based export, and show the expected size of the image in pixels when exporting with a certain resolution. Remember if the last export was resolution-based or size-based.
