AgrometR

This repository contains a code to gather and process gridded weather data from various API-Client Sources. The official repository could be found at: https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/J9EUZU

Instructions

  • You will need R (https://cran.r-project.org/) and RStudio (https://posit.co/download/rstudio-desktop/) installed.
  • Clone or download this repository into your computer.
  • Open the AgrometR.Rproj file.
  • Open the code_agromet_R_3-0.Rmd file.
  • Run the chunks in order.
