PhotometryStudio

Suite of photometry signal processing tools from the Hamilos Lab

This is an initial release containing the box dF/F and normalized-multi-baseline dF/F methods from Hamilos et al., eLife, 2021 as standalone functions.

Please use caution with this initial release and report any bugs or difficulties so that we can help you fix things as needed
