mdvrptw - RGRASP+VND 1.0

An algorithm called RGRASP+VND to solve the Multi depot Vehicle Routing Problem (MDVRPTW). Currently with GRASP and Reactive GRASP implementations with a set of local search procedures. The GRASP version was published on Computational Science and Its Applications – ICCSA 2022: 22nd International Conference, Malaga, Spain, July 4–7, 2022.
