ontoserver-website

Contains have a container that is built when the publish button on the website is pushed here: Package ontoserver-website (github.com) It launches locally and the site looks ok, despite the page source being pretty ordinary. Some issue exist:

The search does not work (also does not work on current website, but SimplyStatic is meant to do it) The mentioned PDFs are missing, they are probably not linked correctly Including pdf files | WordPress.org There are a lot of warning (3605) when the generator runs. Some of them seem genuine, e.g. paths not updated.

Next steps:

We can use the container in the long run, but there seems to be a bit more to it and it seems that I need to understand the apache server first. I will aim to SFTP to the apache and have asked IMT for an account. To make sure that I do not break the server, I have asked IMT to clone it. I will use the clone as the target first.

Other notes:

Attila is happy to host the container in K8s and to help me with automated deploy. I will start on this again once I have the required setup for SSCP for the connectathon.

Snippets

Turns out nginx deployment fixes the gruesome html source code.

docker run -it --rm -d -p 80:80 --name web -v $pwd/site:/usr/share/nginx/html nginx

Create a stored access policy for a service SAS. Stored access policies give you the option to revoke permissions for a service SAS without having to regenerate the storage account keys. Set the expiration on these very far in the future (or infinite) and make sure it's regularly updated to move it farther into the future. There is a limit of five stored access policies per container.
