This project contains the source files of the Genomics Clinical Picture Repository FHIR Implementation Guide developed as part of the Standardised Clinical Phenotypes project in Australian Genomics.

The Standardised Clinical Phenotypes project in Program 2 of Australian Genomics has developed a FHIR implementation guide to represent the clinical picture of patients that is relevant for genomics research in a federated repository. The generated documentation can be accessed here.
