Terminology-Aware Analytics with FHIR
This repository contains the following files:
- synthea.zip - Synthetic patient dataset, n=1,185.
- fhir-data-load.ipynb - Notebook describing how to load the Synthea bundles into Spark and encode as Parquet files.
- tx-analytics-fhir.ipynb - Notebook providing a worked example of some data engineering over the FHIR dataset.
- tx-analytics.pptx - Slides from the presentation.
