preoperative-atelectasis - Revised release
This release contains updated analysis incorporating inverse probability weighting for mediation analyses. The rationale for the underlying directed acyclic graph has been revised and documented, leading to changes in the variables used for adjustment. Lock files have been added for this version. This version matches the content of version 2 of the manuscript in medRxiv, as well as the poster presented in the Annual Netherlands Epidemiology Congress WEON 2024.

preoperative-atelectasis - Initial release
This is the first release of this repository which documents the statistical analyses conducted for the study titled "Preoperative atelectasis in patients with obesity undergoing bariatric surgery: a cross-sectional study". Although I have aimed for full replicability of analyses in this version, I acknowledge that there may still be some fixes needed as I am yet to replicate all analyses from a different computed. In case that I identify any problems compromising reproducibility, I will make my best to fully address these for the subsequent release.
