LinkedBarCharts

Experiments on minimizing link lengths in Linked Bar Charts, as an experimentation project for the Computing Science graduate degree at Utrecht University.

Python version: 3.10.6 Essential packages: numpy, matplotlib, python-igraph

The file main.py runs the experiments in Jupyter notebook style.

The Data folders contain ".npy" files that store arrays of the results of the experiments used in the paper, and are automatically loaded. By setting the boolean "load" to False, it is possible to rerun the experiments.
