ieapp - First IEApp release

We have prepared and tested the first version of the Impact-Echo App for acquiring IE signals via a microphone and storing them in a .mat file. This version has already been used for a series of experiments, including those with cementitious pastes, mortars, and 3D-printed specimens. I would like to thank @LJ12477 and @anickanek for testing the app and utilizing it in their lab work.
