• ''dataset'' to set the used data (either vonko or aicare)

New config entries:

• ''registry'': (aicare-only) decide which data you want to analyse (number of the registry according to https://plattform65c.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/P6/pages/2228301/Lieferregister+Typ or "all")
• ''entity'': Which entity to analyze (lung, breast, thyroid, nonhodgkinlymphoma)
• ''ontoserver-url'': If you want to determine major morphology groups, you can use an ontoserver for it.
