dc2_stellar_masks - v1.1.0

Added the generatebitmasks functionality in generatemasks.Masks. It creates an healsparse bit map from a dictionnary of healsparse maps using the sumunion method of healsparse module. We will need to see how to store which bit correspond to which layer in the future.

dc2_stellar_masks - First DC2 stellar objects release

First release of the package. This is a stable one, but there are still improvements to be made in speed, e.g. implement the use of Parsel.
