spectools - v1.2.0

Includes new scripts:

qual.py allows a user to manually set the quality flags for points in a spectrum reduced with MOTES.

fits2dat.py allows a user to convert a MOTES spectrum saved in .fits format to a .csv file.

stax.py supports stacking of prism spectra observed with SpeX at the NASA IRTF. The products of stax.py can be fed into scripts further down the reduction chain including divide.py, bingrad.py, fits2dat.py, and qual.py.
