Please note that the binary package(s) attached below do not include LAMMPS. When executed the first time, the lammps-gui executable tries to locate a version of liblammps*.so for dynamic loading and uses the first compatible match. If there is no match, the path to the LAMMPS shared library file needs to be set with the -p command line flag. LAMMPS-GUI cannot be run otherwise.

This is the first LAMMPS-GUI release after unbundling it from the LAMMPS source.

There are few functional changes. Most are related to reorganizing the files and documentation.
