SPM 25 - 25.01.02
Installation instructions
We provide three ways of installing SPM:
The preferred version of SPM runs on MATLAB. Please download the file named spm_25.01.02.zip (not the "source code" files).
SPM Standalone, which does not require a MATLAB license, is also provided for different platforms (below).
Docker and Singularity containers are available via a separate Github repository.
Full installation instructions for the MATLAB version and the Standalone version are provided on the SPM website. including additional steps needed for Mac computers.

SPM 25.01.02 includes many new features and improvements, detailed in the preprint:

SPM 25 - 25.01
This is SPM 25.01, the first major release since SPM12.
Paper
SPM 25.01 includes many new features and improvements, detailed in the preprint:

Installation instructions
