The library was developed to conduct the study presented in the article with DOI.
Its purpose is to identify and evaluate the function that best fits the ALSFRS_R total score for a dataset of patients affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
The required libraries are: * matplotlib * pandas * numpy
You can fork this open-access library to add additional functions or include more filters.
This library does not encompass all the filters utilized in the article. Other filters were applied prior to constructing the database used in this library. Nevertheless, you have the option to fork the code and integrate your preferred filters.
