New features

• Stores the cursor shape and restores it after exiting a ssh session. It takes advantage of a recent extension of tmux supporting DECRQSS queries (see https://github.com/tmux/tmux/pull/4618). Otherwise, if DECRQSS is not supported, it relies on tmux cursor-style option.
