This repository contains links to reproducible materials for papers and projects that I have been invovled in. In all cases, this means sharing code to replicate the main findings of each paper. Whenever possible, we also include or link to the data used for running the code. I have involved, to different degrees, in the preparation of all these resources. More often than not, my many brilliant co-authors have been responsible for the most creative and elegant code implementations.
