Dryft - Update Matlab codebase

This release fixes the following issues related to the MATLAB package:

• missing namespace in find_good_aerial.m
• confusing warning in detrend.m due to NaNs in interp1 function

Dryft - Post-JOSS Review

This is a release fixing the following issues raised during JOSS Review https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/1910 :

• improve readme
• simplify dependencies and allow for different methods of installation
• use namespaces in MATLAB version
• use jupyter notebook as example
• update documentation
• correct filtering frequency for butterworth filter (see #22 for more information)
• Build simple test suite for MATLAB and python versions
