DoViP integrated the new DoViP_Lib v1.0.1:
- enhanced functionality for unmixing viral contigs present on both nonintegrated and integrated branches
- replacing the "total predictors" with 'initial predictor coverage" for filtering out the viral sequences in the final thresholding step
- implemented a new geNomad step for calculating the taxonomy of all viral sequences

- major code changes (e.g. changed function for calculation of contig shaoe and ends, and when in the workflow is beeing calculated; changed automatic trimming of DTR from the contig ends, in the new version both trimmed and untrimmed sequences are given; added further conditions for final thresholding, which account for checkV circular contigs)
