This release removes the previously added separate vector database and merges it into the default database.

Before upgrading to this version perform a backup of the vector database, e.g. with: docker exec -i $(docker compose ps -q vector_database) \ pg_dump --insert --on-conflict-do-nothing --data-only -U biigle -d biigle > biigle_vector_db.sql After upgrading to this version run the database migrations and then import the backup into the default database, e.g. with: cat biigle_vector_db.sql | docker exec -i $(docker compose ps -q database) \ psql -U biigle biigle -
