repro-workshop - Upload Inflation Data

We used to get the data directly from:

https://www.bankofengland.co.uk/-/media/boe/files/inflation-attitudes-survey/individual-responses-xlsx.xlsx

But the file now needs about 10GB of RAM to be read into R, so I'll repost an RDS version here.
